🌘 Mondfinsternis:
Verdienst-vervielfachend!
Lama Zopa Rinpoche erinnert daran, dass die karmischen Resultate/Auswirkungen von positiven (und auch negativen) Handlungen bei Sonnenfinsternissen mit 100 Millionen und bei Mondfinsternissen mit 700.000 multipliziert werden und dass der multiplizierend Effekt auftritt, unabhängig davon, ob die Finsternis teilweise oder vollständig ist.
Folgende Praxis wird empfohlen:
Reinigungspraxis der 35 Buddhas (im FPMT-Gebetbuch 1) und hier
Vajrasattva-Reinigungs-Praxis,
Rezitation von Sutras: Sutra vom Goldenen Licht und Vajra Cutter Sutra,
und jede Praxis, Meditation und Aktivität, die Du von Herzen gerne praktizierst 🙂
- Recitation of the names of the Thirty-Five Confession Buddhas
- Recitation of Vajrasattva mantras
Any other meritorious activities advised by Lama Zopa Rinpoche are also good to do on these days, such as recitation of the Vajra Cutter Sutra, the Sutra of Golden Light, and the Sanghata Sutra, with extensive dedications. These texts are available on the “Sutras” page on FPMT.org.
All are encouraged to use a website like timeanddate.com to determine if and when one might participate in generating 700,000 times the merit than what would be accumulated on a non-multiplying day.
