JAYA DEVA
Als Sohn eines buddhistischen Mönchs vertiefte er sich schon in jungen Jahren in die Welt der Mantras, organisierte Reisen nach Indien und besuchte zehn Jahre lang buddhistische Siedlungen in Dharamsala und Kushalnagar. Dort meditierte er in Gompas und hielt Gruppentreffen mit verschiedenen Lamas ab, darunter S. H. dem Karmapa, Nechung, dem Orakel von Tibet, Khamtrul Rinpoche, dem Ehrw. Tenzin Palmo und vielen anderen.
Er verbrachte mehrere Jahre damit, tibetische Mantras im Drukpa-Zentrum in Barcelona und in Denchen Khang zu sangen und die dreistündigen Gesänge von Om Mani Padme Hum, Wesak und anderen zu organisieren und zu singen.
Während der Pandemie sang sie ein Jahr lang jedes Wochenende tibetische Mantras, sprach über verschiedene Aspekte des Dharma und leitete Meditationen.
Er organisierte außerdem eine globale Online-Veranstaltung zu Tibet, bei der 6.000 Euro für die Tibet Relief Foundation gesammelt wurden. Der Ehrw. Lama Wanchen La, Krishna Das, Lama Tashi, Lama Surya Das, Robert A.F. Thurman, Tulku Sherdor, Tenzin Lekshey, Dean & Dudley Evenson, Lopön Chandra Easton, Chandra Lacombe, Nina Rao, Lee Mirabai Harrington und Manose waren unter vielen anderen dabei.
Er hat nicht aufgehört zu komponieren und zu singen, und es erfüllt ihn mit Freude, diese heiligen Mantras, die er so sehr liebt, gelegentlich singen zu können.
JAYA DEVA
The son of a Buddhist monk, he delved into the world of mantras from a young age, organized trips to India, and for 10 years visited Buddhist settlements in Dharamsala and Kushalnagar, meditating in gompas and holding group meetings with various Lamas, including H.H. the Karmapa, Nechung the Oracle of Tibet, Khamtrul Rinpoche, Ven. Tenzin Palmo, among many others.
She spent several years chanting Tibetan mantras at the Drukpa Center in Barcelona and at Denchen Khang, as well as organizing and singing during the three-hour chants of Om Mani Padme Hum, Wesak, and others.
During the pandemic, she spent a year chanting Tibetan mantras every weekend, speaking on different aspects of the dharma, and leading meditations.
She also organized a global online event dedicated to Tibet, where they raised 6,000 euros for the Tibet Relief Foundation. Ven. Lama Wanchen La, Krishna Das, Lama Tashi, Lama Surya Das, Robert A.F. Thurman, Tulku Sherdor, Tenzin Lekshey, Dean & Dudley Evenson, Lopön Chandra Easton, Chandra Lacombe, Nina Rao, Lee Mirabai Harrington, and Manose, among many others, participated.
He hasn’t stopped composing and singing, and it fills him with joy to be able to occasionally sing these sacred mantras, which he loves so much.
